Pilates has been steadily increasing in popularity largely due to the long list of benefits.  It is a movement modality that is gentle on the body but also increases strength, flexibility, mobility, alignment and can improve posture and relieve stress.  Pilates is beneficial for people of all ages.

Strength training has been called the 'fountain of youth' and for good reason!  Increased strength and muscle mass can help reduce your risk of injury, improve your metabolic health and help with weight management.  Strength training is an excellent choice for people of all ages.
